Minimum Order Requirements:

All orders are shipped promptly, usually within 1-2 business days after it is placed. Generally, we ship UPS Ground. Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available, we usually cancel that item, ship the remaining items on the order and ask the customer to reorder.

Basic Ground shipping charges are shown by our shopping cart before completing your checkout. If you need express shipping, you can choose that method during checkout and we will bill your credit card for the express shipping cost, once it is known. We do not bill you at checkout time for express shipping because of the difficulty in accurately predicting the cost. The express shipping cost will normally be billed to your credit card within 5 to 10 business days after the order ships from our warehouse. You may also have the shipping charges billed to your UPS account if you have one. Just choose that method during checkout and be sure to include your UPS account number in the "Special Instructions" section of the checkout page. To get same day Express shipping, the order should be placed by 10:00am Eastern. If not, it may not ship until the next business day.

Please allow enough transit time when ordering for a particular event. Shipments which are required to be sent via U.S. Postal Priority Mail (destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc). will be billed for any additional costs incurred above the fee that our shopping cart charges at the time of placing the order. Our minimum freight charge for any order is $10.00. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN, ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.

Returns/Warranty:

We warranty our products against defect in material and workmanship for 30 days after purchase. We accept returns for our products only if they are damaged upon receipt or if an incorrect item is shipped to you. When deemed appropriate, replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed defective. In such cases, a return authorization label must be obtained and placed on the outside of the returned carton. Any carton without a return authorization label on the box will be refused. Mylar balloons that have been punctured, cut or over inflated will not be replaced. Requests for credit due to discrepancies must be made within 30 days form date of invoice. Please call us to discuss and possible return of merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise:

We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit, but we will assist you, if needed in filing a claim with the carrier. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask the carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original carton(s) must be held for carrier inspection. Again, we will be glad to assist you with any claims that may arise.

Payment Terms:

In most cases, orders must be prepaid with cashier's check, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. We do accept payment by Company Purchase Order on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss this option and get approval before placing your order. For customers paying by credit card, please note that your credit card statement will list your transaction as being billed from "Ross Enterprises", which is our official business name.

Phone Orders/Hours of Operation:

Our home office is open for business and new phone/fax orders Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm PST. If our office is closed, you can leave a recorded message for immediate handling on the next working day. Please leave your company name, your name, phone number and reason for call on all messages. Fax orders/inquiries can be sent to 785-286-1723 at any time.

Additional Information:

Some merchandise sold may not be recommended for children under 7 years of age.

We cannot be responsible for typographical errors.
